Preps.com, formally known as Finestpreps.com, has been following the Aliquippa “Golden Child” ever since he first stepped foot in the legendary “Pit” in our “Boyz 2 Men” series. Henry, now a rising senior, has an offer sheet to drool over and continues to rack up high profile offers from schools like UCLA and Arkansas.  One school, however, has everyone in Beaver County scratching their heads a bit.

Although Alabama is in the heart of the SEC, they’ve found value in recruiting Western PA and walked out with arguably the top player not only in the state, but country in Robert Foster this past year.  They’ve offered a few players in the area like Mt. Lebanon’s Alex Bookser, but haven’t reached out to the state’s top player, who possesses all the tools DB “mad scientist” Saban loves.
Fortunately for hometown Pitt and Penn State fans, Henry still has both programs on his list along with frontrunner Ohio State. According to Henry’s father, UCLA with the help of Rushel Shell has entered the fold along with Kentucky and Purdue trying to make a late push for Dravon’s services. Although Henry is being recruited on both sides of the ball, he’s made it clear he plans on following in the footsteps of Quip legends Revis and Law playing on the defensive side of the ball.
The defensive back has been MIA during camp season due to a few minor injuries, but expect the playmaker to be in full force this fall, while him and the rest of the Quips try and complete their journey to a state championship. We’ll continue to follow Henry throughout the recruiting process and keep fans updated on his offer sheet.  Below is a highlight tape we created a few months back.  Enjoy.
