Chaz Whittaker is one of the most intriguing players in the WPIAL. With his large frame and impressive athleticism no wonder Pitt, Cincy, and WVU were duking it out for him. Whittaker’s upside is ridiculous and don’t be surprised to see Whittaker lining up all over the field in that WVU 3-3-5 defense.
