Finestpreps.com jumps back to Virginia and visits Clover Hill High to introduce an athlete who is raising eyebrows at the quarterback position this year. Who is this signal caller who is considering West Virginia and could potentially be the successor to Geno Smith?
Colleges will have a hard decision turning down Joel Caleb as a Dual threat quarterback after they watch this tape. Caleb has a nice 6’2 200 pound frame and shows unreal ability as a runner and good passing ability. Caleb is being recruited at many different positions, but don’t be surprised if this athlete makes a decision based on his ability to play the quarterback position.
