With 2014 signing day right around the corner, it’s officially time to start focusing on the Class of 2015 prospects. Over the next couple months Preps.com will be going through our database and picking out the most intriguing prospect we graded that past week.
Earning the honors of our first “Preps.com Player of the Week” is a sleek footed pass catcher that has the frame wide receiver coaches love. Added with his soft hands and elusive moves, we wouldn’t be surprised to start seeing this Philly native receiving some serious D1 attention. In what seems to be a down year for talent in Pennsylvania, Neshaminy’s Hamiid Pack shows the type of skill set we’re used to seeing in a state typically loaded with elite talent.
If you watch his tape below you see his ability to stretch the field and what’s even more impressive is when he puts his foot in the ground and breaks the defender off with a little something. The city of brotherly love has been good to wide receiver coaches in the past and Pack may be the one to continue the tradition.
We’re sure we’ll get the opportunity to evaluate Pack during the 7 on 7 season and get a better feel for how talented this wide out really is. Stay tuned in to hear more updates on the Neshaminy receiver and more recipients of the “Preps.com Profile of the Week”
