1 John Reid CB
St. Joseph’s Prep
5’10 180
Elite cover corner since his freshman season. He can do it all press/man, zone. He supports the run and is physical.
2 Jordan Whitehead CB
Central Valley
6’0 180
All-around outstanding athlete who shared the spotlight with Robert Foster. A terrific two-way performer.
3 Saquon Barkley RB
Whitehall
5’11 205
Shifty runner that can accelerate around the edge, catches the ball well also.
4 Shareef Miller DE
Frankford
6’5 230
We see Deion Barnes part-two here, tremendous upside off the edge and only scratching the surface.
5 Kevin Givens OLB
Altoona
6’2 235
May have more upside than anyone on this list. Tough kid who doesn’t have a lot of help around him. Another player who gets better with every game.
6 Ryan Bates OG
Archbishop Wood
6’6 280
Very technically sound player who finishes his blocks. Solid in all facets of the line.
7 Tyler Hudanick OG
Seneca Valley
6’4 285
Yes, we like him more than some of the higher profile guys on this list. He is a tough kid who just destroys defenders.
8 Zach Venesky DE
Valley View
6’4 280
A lineman who is tenacious and he is a Gold Gloves boxer, so what isn’t there to like?
9 Marshall Robinson NT
Mars
6’4 336
Needs to get better in the classroom, but there is no better run-stuffer in the middle than this guy.
10 Sterling Jenkins OT
Baldwin
6’8 305
He still has a ways to go in our opinion, that may take a little time but he has all of the physical gifts.
11 Andre Robinson RB
Bishop McDevitt
5’10 210
Always pressure when you are the main man at McDevitt, but Robinson has handled it well. Good inside the tackles and enough speed to breakaway from defenders.
12 Kyle Shurmur QB
LaSalle
6’4 205
As close to a franchise QB that we see on this list. Very cerebral player who can make all of throws.
13 Ryan Buchholz DE
Great Valley
6’6 235
HighlightsOne of the most impressive players on film that we have seen. Great motor, good get-off he gets after it and is nasty.
14 Jon Runyan OT
St. Joseph’s Prep 6’4 275
He is a technician and he is physical. When he puts everything together he will be tough to beat.
15 Nick Bowers TE
Kittanning
6’4 242
Tough to grade Bowers, he plays receiver more than anything but we think he has a chance to be a special player.
16 Jake Cooper MLB
Archbishop Wood
6’3 232
Prototype middle guy who just makes plays.
17 Olamide Zaccheaus RB
St. Joseph’s Prep
5’8 180
There are a number of smaller backs in the state that can do a lot of things for a team, including special teams. We think he is the best of them.
18 D.J. Moore ATH
Imhotep 6’1 187
You would be hard pressed to find anyone who adjusts to the ball in the air like Moore. He has great body control and plays like he is 6′-6″.
19 Charles Snorweah ATH
Pennsbury
5’10 176
Not just a track star who plays football, but a football player who excels on the track. All around athlete that could project at a number of spots.
20 Jay Stocker ATH
Coatesville
6’2 192
Much like his older brother he is an outstanding athlete that can help in a number ways.
21 Freddie Simmons WR
Bethlehem Catholic
6’3 175
Reminds us a little bit of Will Fuller. Runs good routes, great ball skills and can make things happen in the open field.
22 Kareem Gibson CB
Johnstown
5’10 167
Outstanding athlete who is also a lockdown cover corner.
23 Josh Adams ATH
Central Bucks South
6’2 208
Not the most elusive runner, but he has the ability to change gears in the open field. Once he hits top speed no one catches him. May project best as a defensive player.
24 Kyle Pointer NT
Strong Vincent
6’4 345
Two-gap run stuffer, good quickness and footwork for a big man. Needs to get his weight under control but if/when he does he can be special.
25 Andrew Davidson OLB
Emmaus
6’2 210
Throwback type of a linebacker, very athletic and covers a lot of ground. Also plays running back, which shows how athletic he is.
26 Nyiem Nevarez CB
Pleasant Valley
5’11 180
One of the smoothest cover corners we have seen, hasn’t gotten a lot of press yet but he can ball.
27 Patrick Anderson WR
Aliquippa
6’3 184
When you see him play it is tough not to become intrigued by the combination of size and speed. Another player who just keeps getting better.
28 Amir Ealey DE
Coatesville
6’4 230
Explosive player that is a standout on offense and defense, very high ceiling player.
29 Tony Pilato OT
Hempfield
6’7 300
Not the most polished lineman in the class, but he is a very solid athlete with a very high ceiling.
30 P.J. Fulmore ATH
North Catholic
5’8 185
Slightly undersized, but he steps up when it counts and is a team guy. Dangerous in the open field and plays bigger than he is.
31 Zack Blystone DT
Washington
6’3 280
The term non-stop motor gets thrown around too much, but it fits Blystone. He goes and keeps on going all game.
32 Gladimir Paul ATH
Northeast
6’3 215
Perfect hybrid type player, plays like a linebacker, but built like a safety. Wreaks havoc in the opposition’s backfield.
33 Nasir Bonner ATH
Delaware Valley
5’10 180
Should be a go-to guy this season, so it will be interesting to see how Bonner performs. We think he has the skills to move up this list.
34 Gabe Spurlock OG
Mars
6’5 275
Mauler who has great feet. Very good interior guy here that plays well in tight spaces.
35 James Trucilla DT
Cathedral Prep
6’2 270
Plays with leverage and a nice initial explosion and burst off the snap.
36 Alex Paulina OG
Canon Macmillan
6’4 280
Should move to the interior in college, plays with leverage as you’d expect from a wrestler. Very good in tight spaces.
37 Kevin Murphy DE
West Chester East
6’3 275
There are a plethora of solid d-line guys in this class, Murphy is solid off the edge. Plays with a nasty streak, which all coaches love to see.
38 Jonah Jackson OG
Penncrest
6’4 290
Maybe the best lineman that no one really talks about. He is physical and highly skilled.
39 Connor Lutz TE
Delaware Valley
6’4 250
Projectable size and is a very solid inline blocker. Catches the ball well in traffic.
40 Hayden Mahoney OG
Malvern
6’5 280
Needs to be more consistent, we see flashes of dominance but we think there is more to come.
41 Dane Jackson ATH
Quaker Valley
6’2 170
Long, rangy athlete that shows the athleticism necessary to be able to contribute at the next level as either a WR or DB. Could easily be much higher on this list.
42 Nasir Adderley S
Great Valley
6’0 180
Nice sized athlete that plays the game at one speed. Shows the tenacity and aggression you need from a big time safety.
43 Nico Law ATH
Ringgold
6’0 180
Maybe the most dangerous weapon on this list. Give him the ball in space and watch what happens.
44 John Petrishen S
Central Catholic
6’3 197
It’s tough not to like the skill-set of Petrishen. He is solid all the way around. He’ll garner smaller offers until someone takes a chance on him.
45 Phil Poquie RB
Haverford
5’9 185
Reminds me a lot of Steve Slaton coming out of high school. Shifty runner with enough speed to pull away from just about everyone.
46 Charlie Fessler WR
Cathedral Prep
6’4 195
Solid all-around receiver. Runs good routes, catches the ball in traffic and is capable of making the big play.
47 Tre Tipton WR
Apollo Ridge
6’1 165
Outstanding multi-sport athlete with great leaping ability. Needs to thicken up, but has the skill set to be a big time player.
48 Connor Guzy DE
Council Rock North
6’4 240
Committed early and it’s easy to see that he is a steal for WMU. Guzy just flat out gets after it. He is a non-stop edge rusher who gets up field in a hurry.
49 Brett Zanotto MLB
Franklin Regional
6’0 210
Blue collar and tough as nails, reminds us a lot of former Woody High linebacker Mike Caprara. The kid just makes plays all day.
50 Keegan Sheedy DE
Lancaster Catholic
6’4 245
Full bodied kid that moves well and plays with a nice motor. Has the tools to be a contributor at the next level.
