TEAM PENNSYLVANIA
FORREST BARNES (5’11”, 190 LBS.) – SENECA VALLEY – THE CITADEL COMMIT
DORIAN BROWN (5’11”, 195 LBS.) – BALDWIN – OHIO UNIVERSITY COMMIT
TEAM MARYLAND
RACHID IBRAHIM (6’1”, 180 LBS.) – AVALON – PITTSBURGH COMMIT
DARIUS VICTOR (5’9”, 190 LBS.) – NORTHWESTERN – TOWSON COMMIT
DEANDRE LANE (5’8”, 165 LBS.) – CATONSVILLE – MARYLAND COMMIT
Most Likely To Have A Couple of Long Runs: DeAndre Lane (MD)
Most Likely To Have The Best All-Around Game Running and Receiving: Dorian Brown (PA) and Rachid Ibrahim (MD)
Most Likely To Break The Most Tackles : Darius Victor (MD)
Most Likely To Score More Than One Touchdown: Dorian Brown (PA) and Darius Victor (MD)
The success of these running backs is extremely contingent on the play of their respective offensive lines. Victor cannot be arm-tackled. Pennsylvania will have to wrap him up. Lane has been clocked running the 40-yard dash under 4.4 seconds. Pennsylvania will have to respect his speed. I like the all-around ability of Brown for Pennsylvania and Ibrahim for Maryland. Barnes will help carry the load for Pennsylvania.
