Eric McAllister, who plays center for Pittsburgh Central Catholic, went on a visit today at the University of Toledo. McAllister recently attended Junior Days at Temple, Penn State, and West Virginia over the past several weeks. McAllister talked to PREPS about his visit to Toledo earlier today.
“They love how nasty I play”, said McAllister. “They (Toledo’s coaching staff) say that I play with a relentless style. They also love the way that my high school team and their team (Toledo) utilizes some of the same blocking schemes for the center position. “ McAllister didn’t come away with an offer, but feels like he may be close to one. I like the coaching staff and I have a connection with Damion Jones-Moore and Juwan Haynes (both former Pittsburgh Central Catholic players currently on Toledo’s roster). The MAC conference is a good place”.
