Preps.com had a chance to check out Virginia Tech commit  and Cedar Cliff High School (PA) quarterback Andrew Ford during a scrimmage tonight against Manheim Central at Cedar Cliff High School .  Ford suffered a minor shoulder injury but was able to lead Cedar Cliff to two scoring drives.  In his short stint at quarterback tonight, Ford carved up the Manheim Central defensive with some precision passing.  His ability to move around the pocket and buy himself time led Manheim Central to eventually start blitzing him.  Cedar Cliff was able to get their running game going a little bit and that opened up some passing opportunities for Ford.  Ford is definitely one of the best quarterbacks in the country and will be able to exploit defenses even more if the Colts can continue to improve in the running game. Below are his scrimmage highlights.
