Going into the 2013 season, Harrisburg boasted one of the best backfields in Robert Martin (Rutgers commit) and Darian Davis-Ray.  Martin came into the 2013 season with more notoriety due to his outstanding 2012 season, but people in the know told me that Davis-Ray was also a very talented running back.  The two of them were set to make life miserble for opponents but unfortunately Martin suffered a season-ending injury in the first game against Bishop McDevitt.

Davis-Ray has stepped up his game and then some.  Davis-Ray is averaging over 14 yards per touch, whether it’s receiving or rushing the ball. Through the first three games, Davis-Ray has rushed 20 times for 297 yards and 5 touchdowns.  He has also caught 7 passes for 100 yards and touchdowns.  Davis-Ray is a real hard runner who is hard to bring down.  Not only does he have power, but he has the speed as well to take it to the house at any time. Check out some highlights from his first three games of the 2013 season.
