Preps.com takes a look at some of the best players in the Northeast who have yet to give a verbal commitment to any school as of yet. Some of these players have gotten more press than others, but they are part of the Best of the Rest in their respective states. Today, we will concentrate on New Jersey, Maryland, New Jersey, and New York.
