PA Running Back Rob Martin To Make Decision Between Pittsburgh, West Virginia, and Rutgers Tonight

One of Pennsylvania’s best football players has decided that he will put an end to his recruitment and make a decision tonight. Per his twitter, running back Robert Martin out of Pennsylvania, will make his decision on where he’ll be playing his collegiate football at tonight between 5:30 and 6:00 p.m.. Martin has narrowed his choices down to Rutgers, West Virginia, and Pittsburgh. I personally think it will be Rutgers (J. Cleezy).
