Lake Braddock High School (VA) is known for having one of the best football programs in the state of Virginia. They have one of the best quarterbacks in the country in Caleb Henderson who has already given a verbal commitment to the University of North Carolina.  On the receiving end of the majority of Henderson’s passes has been a rising sophomore named Aramis Alexander.

Aramis Alexander is a 6’2”, 209 pound wide receiver who led his team with 75 catches on the year for 741 yards.  Alexander also scored four touchdowns that season.  He was recently named MVP of the Wide Receivers at a recent VTO Sports 100 camp in Baltimore, Maryland.  Alexander has a tremendous amount of upside. Alexander is a big target who knows how to position his body against defensive backs. Alexander is currently more of a deep ball threat that is able to use his tremendous strides to create separation from defenders. Alexander showed he can beat press coverage and that he can also run past defensive backs that decide to play off of him.

Alexander is definitely a receiver to watch out for during the 2013 season.  Click here to view his 2012 season highlight video.
