Central PA SWAG and Explosive Sports Performance combined forces this weekend to hold a Mid-Penn Football Media Day with some of the best players in the Mid-Penn Football Conference. We had a chance to speak with Tyler Updegraff of Cumberland Valley High School about his off-season activities, recruiting, and his thoughts on the upcoming season.
Updegraff is currently getting the most looks from Kenyon University (Division 3 school in Ohio) and will most likely get some looks from Division 2 schools as well during the 2013 season. Updegraff ran for over 700 yards and 4 touchdowns during the 2012 season. His team underwent a major coaching change when legendary coach Tim Rimpfel retired during the offseason. Updegraff speak on that and other things during his conversation with preps.com.
