Western Pennsylvania has been known for producing blue-chip talent year in and year out and this year is no different. After watching countless hours of film and evaluating players, Finestpreps.com has composed a list of how we ranked the 2014 WPIAL recruiting class. Now, obviously we are very early into the season and this is subject to change at any time pending film evaluation. Chances are if your favorite player from your school who is a stud did not make the list, we probably had trouble finding his film and getting information on him.
