Terry Swanson’s recruitment is far from over. With offers from plenty of FCS and MAC schools, Swanson hasn’t really received the attention he deserves. His lone Temple offer is his only BCS offer. With teammates Dravon Henry and Jaleel Fields getting the BCS hype, its easy to see how people have overlooked Swanson.
After hitting the camp circuit in the summer and participating in the PA Swag 7 on 7 team, Swanson still didn’t receive more BSC offers. He then put it all out on the field. With other D-1 guys totin’ the rock for his Quips (Dravon Henry, Kaezon Pugh, and Jyier Turner) there are only so many touches Swanson can get at his running back position. Then you have to note the margin Aliquippa is beating teams; Swanson has yet to play in the 3rd or 4th quarter. Regardless, the touches Swanson receives he makes the most of them. Swanson is also a standout safety, where he looks to transition well from there into college also. Preps.com got a hold of his mid season highlights, and needless to say, we were impressed.
Look for Swanson’s recruitment to continue to develop. Preps.com will be here for his coverage. Below are his mid season highlights from his senior year.
