Aliquippa Vs Tyrone PIAA

Finestpreps.com has been tracking Aliquippa star Dravon Henry since he was a freshman, and as his senior season approaches, his recruitment is starting to heat up as his scholarship number continues to climb.  We met up with Henry’s father and found out how his recruitment has been going thus far.

Dravon holds 19 scholarship offers as of now, most for playing cornerback; but Henry is such a specimen, he has also been getting scholarships to play on the offensive side of the ball as well.  With scholarships ranging from Ohio State, to Michigan, to Bowling Green, his father says he has no favorite school as of now, and he’s just letting the recruiting process come to him.  He has not planned any officials yet, and says he feels he will not make a decision until late into his senior season.  One thing that did come up in our conversation was the fact that the Athletic Facilities in the schools recruiting him could be a factor.  He mentioned that Dravon would highly consider schools such as Oregon and Oklahoma State because of this fact.

Dravon did attend Pitt’s junior day and when asked how he liked and felt about Pitt, his father replied that the junior day visit went very well, saying Pitt showed a lot of love to his son and that Dravon liked the fact that he met with all the coaches and possibly his future teammates.

Dravon does plan on hitting up the camp circuit to help spread his name around the recruiting scene.  His father says he plans on attending a Nike Sparq combine/camp and a Rivals combine, as well as working out with Pennsylvania’s Swag University 7 on 7 team for this upcoming summer.

Below are Highlights of his Junior Year:
